Te Aratika Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a capable and committed Field Operative to join our civil infrastructure team. This role is ideal for people who are passionate about contributing to meaningful projects that serve whānau and communities, and who thrive in a values-driven, collaborative environment.

As a Field Operative, you will support the delivery of underground utility services, working alongside experienced teams to uphold safety, quality, and operational excellence. Whether you're building your career or bringing years of experience, we welcome applicants who are ready to grow, lead, and contribute to our kaupapa.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in civil infrastructure (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to high standards
•  Team-focused with integrity and a positive attitude
•  Full Class 1 licence (required)
•  Class 2–4, WTR, STMS/TTM certifications (advantageous)

Eligibility: Applicants must hold NZ residency or a valid work visa.
