Te Aratika Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a capable and committed Field Operative to join our civil infrastructure team. As a Field Operative, you will support the delivery of underground utility services, working alongside experienced teams to uphold safety, quality, and operational excellence. Whether you're building your career or bringing years of experience, we welcome applicants who are ready to grow, lead, and contribute to our kaupapa.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in civil infrastructure (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to high standards
•  Team-focused with integrity and a positive attitude
•  Full Class 1 licence (required)
•  Class 2–4, WTR, STMS/TTM certifications (advantageous)

Remuneration: Competitive and negotiable based on experience.
